This is a very stressful and uncertain time for all of us.  Parents and guardians can play an important role in helping children make sense of what they hear in a way that is honest, accurate, and minimizes anxiety or fear.  Below you will find links to resources that will help you address your child's concerns and help reduce their anxiety.

OUSD has made an agreement with Care Solace, an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge meant to assist individuals in finding local mental health related programs and counseling services. Care Solace takes into account all types of  insurance and those that have no insurance.

OUSD's elementary school counselors are hosting a virtual workshop series during school closures to share their tips in areas such as self-care for parents and communicating with your child.
