• Mrs. Romasanta

  • Jeara Romasanta is excited to join the McAuliffe Challengers for another great year! She is originally from the Inland Empire area and settled into Oceanside, California in 2019. Her education includes a B. A. in Psychology, M. S. in Counseling & Guidance, and a P. P. S. credential, all earned from California State University, San Bernardino. As a first generation college graduate, and daughter of immigrants, she understand the potential struggles many students face in regards to education. Her goal when working with students includes planting the roots of resilience, so students are able to learn the tools needed to overcome current and future challenges. She became a school counselor because of the positive experiences she had with my own high school counselor. She will never forget her care, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me succeed in attaining my goals and is something she strives to emulate with her own students.
