Optional Student Device Insurance
Parents/guardians/caregivers have the opportunity to purchase insurance for devices issued to their student(s). Although the insurance is optional, without it parents/guardians caregivers will be responsible for the actual cost of repair or replacement of damaged or lost district-owned devices. The annual premium is $26 and includes unlimited claims with no deductibles or hidden fees. Information about the insurance and how to purchase is available on this flyer.

CACHE: How do I clear the cache on my device?
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click on the 3 dots.
- Click MORE TOOLS - CLEAR BROWSING DATA.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.

If you are having issues logging in to any district-sponsored programs or apps, please go to the OUSD Rapid ID Portal (https://portal.oside.us) and submit a help ticket to our district Service Desk.
If you cannot log in to the OUSD Rapid ID Portal, please contact your site secretary to submit a help ticket for you.
