  • San Diego Access and Crisis Hotline: 1-888-724-7240

    Provides a free 24 hour, 7 days a week, confidential, crisis intervention hotline for anyone struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, loss, or anger. 

     

    National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255

    Provides free and confidential crisis counseling and mental health referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call is routed to the nearest crisis center. 

     

    California Youth Crisis Line: 1-800-843-5200

    Provides support and referrals to California youth and their families through a 24-hour confidential youth crisis line for runaway children or those considering running away.

     

    The Trevor Project: 1-866-488-7386

    Trained counselors available 24/7 to support young people who are LGBTQ and in crisis, feeling suicidal, or need of a safe and judgment-free place to talk.  

     

    National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1- 800-799-7233

    Provides crisis intervention, information, and referrals to victims of domestic violence, friends, families, and perpetrators.
