  • English as a Second Language Classes returning to Libby! 

    Mira Costa College will facilitate a free beginning - intermediate English as a Second Language class for adults at Libby Elementary this semester. The class begins on August 21st and goes through December 16th. Classes meet Mondays - Thursdays from 6pm - 8pm. Pre-registration is ecnouraged, but not required. See the flyers below for details!
