  • Hello Reynolds Families, Staff, and Community Members,

    I am humbled and honored to begin the next chapter of my educational career at Reynolds Elementary as your assistant principal. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner who is passionate about teaching and student achievement. 

    My educational background includes two Master degrees; a Master degree in Education Reading and Language Arts with a Reading Specialist Credential and a Master degree in Education Administration. My teaching and leadership experience includes 23 years in the classroom, where I taught at both the elementary and middle school level before becoming a MTSS Teacher on Assignment (TOSA), and later an English Learner TOSA.  

    I was born at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital and I have spent my whole life in Oceanside. I attended Mission Elementary, Jefferson Middle School and graduated from Oceanside High as a Pirate! I am married to a wonderful person, my husband, Kingsley and I am a proud mother of three adult children who are very supportive. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and gardening. 

    As the 2021-2022 school year will mark my 24th year in education, I look forward to supporting an environment that encourages communication, collaboration, innovation, and creativity.  I look forward to contributing to a culture of excellence as together we work on continuing to build learning opportunities for all students.
