Routing and Scheduling

Every new school year, parents of students eligible for transportation services through their Individualized Education Program (IEP) must complete the Transportation Application available on the District website. This ensures we have the most current and accurate information for transportation services.

Educational Support Services (ESS) reviews each application to verify that transportation has been approved as a related service in the student's IEP. Once approved, ESS forwards the information to the Transportation Department for routing and scheduling.

New students entering the program or students with address changes that require route adjustments generally take approximately 5–7 school days to process. Families will be contacted by the assigned driver regarding updated pick-up and drop-off times and locations.
