Accounting Roles and Responsibilities:

Our Accounting professionals prioritize the District's financial status, ensuring compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations. We provide the Administration and Governing Board with accurate, timely financial data to support student-impacting decisions. 

Key areas of focus include Budgeting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Analysis, Reporting, and General Accounting.

 

Purchasing Roles and Responsibilities:

Our Purchasing team supports the District's educational priorities with high-level customer service, adhering to regulations. We collaborate with staff and vendors to promptly secure quality, cost-effective goods and services, always seeking value.

Focus areas: Procurement, Project Bids, Warehouse operations, Amazon, and Office Depot orders.
