Prop H CBOC Members
Proposition H Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (H-CBOC) members were originally appointed by the Board of Education on October 14, 2008. H-CBOC members are responsible for overseeing the expenditure of Proposition H bond funds, reviewing quarterly reports to ensure that the bond proceeds are expended only for the purposes set forth in the ballot measure. The H-CBOC discharges the duties prescribed by Proposition 39 (2000).

Members must represent at least one of these groups:
- Active member in an Oceanside business organization (ex: business owner, manager, or supervisor)
- Active member in a senior citizens' organization
- Active member in a bona-fide taxpayers' association
- Parent/guardian of a current Oceanside Unified School District student(s)
- Active member in an OUSD parent-teacher organization or school site council
- Community member
Members must also meet the qualification standards:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must not be an Oceanside Unified School District employee, official, vendor, contractor, or consultant.
