Measure W-CBOC Duties & Bylaws

W-CBOC DUTIES

The primary purpose of the W-CBOC shall be to inform and advise the public and the Oceanside Unified School District regarding the expenditure of bond revenues pursuant to Measure W.

The duties of the W-CBOC include actively reviewing and reporting on the proper expenditure of taxpayer's money for school construction.  The W-CBOC shall also advise the public as to whether the District is in compliance with the requirements of the California Constitution and shall convene to provide oversight of Measure W revenues.

W-CBOC BYLAWS

On January 12, 2021, the W-CBOC Bylaws were approved by the Oceanside Unified School District Board of Education.  At the committee's first meeting on June 9, 2021, the W-CBOC Bylaws were presented and accepted by the members. 

On January 24, 2024, the W-CBOC Bylaws were revised by the committee.
