Community School Coordinators provide school-wide support to our students, families, staff, and the community by bringing people and organizations together, partnering our schools with our community strengths to help meet our community needs, and making our schools a safe place for everyone to have the opportunity to thrive and have educational success.

Community School Case Managers provide individual support to our students, families, and community members with connections to resources, advocating for their needs with service providers, and following up to assist them in meeting their own needs. They help students and family overcome personal obstacles, so all have the opportunity to thrive and have educational success.
