Application Instructions

Please complete the appropriate application below. If your student is a returning student who received transportation last year a picture will not be needed. If this is your first time applying for bus transportation within the Oceanside Unified School District, please attach a picture to the email when you submit your application.

Free/reduced application - Please submit copies of all income sources, pay stubs, etc. along with completed application.

2012-13 Regular application

2012 - 2013 Routes

Please click the appropriate link below to view the 2012-13 routes for Jefferson Middle and Oceanside High Schools, or Palmquist & Mission Elementary Schools.

Students attending Jefferson Middle School and Oceanside High School who reside on Camp Pendleton are eligible for transportation on a fee basis.  Due to the renovation of Palmquist and Mission Elementary Schools, and the one-year relocation of those schools, all students who attend those schools and reside outside the one mile walk limit will receive free transportation during the re-construction process. No application is necessary for Palmquist and Mission school bus riders.
