Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the Oceanside Unified School District, 2111 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92058, unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda. These meetings are open to the public.

Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting (for regular meetings) and at least 15 hours prior to the meeting (for special meetings).

CBOC meetings for 2009-2010 are scheduled to be held on a quarterly basis on the following dates:
